Your HR Guru will visit you to conduct an initial on-site HR Health Check. The Health Check will involve an audit of the HR systems and processes within your organisation, including all employment contracts, handbooks and policies.

Once the HR Health Check is complete, your HR Guru will develop a recommendations report for you, giving your business a clear insight into the areas which need to be improved to bring your business up to Total HR health.

Your HR Guru package will include a number of consultancy support days for you to use as and when needed. Depending on the outcome of your HR Health Check, your HR Guru will advise you on the most suitable number and use of these days. For instance, these support days could be used to. . .

  • Remedy any issues that have arisen from your HR Health Check such as; creating and updating any necessary policies, employment contracts, handbooks and procedures
  • Provide close, on-site assistance throughout the year around a particular HR matter such as;

    Disciplinary – Your HR Guru will guide you through the disciplinary procedures, step by step, ensuring that the statutory disciplinary procedures are met.

    Grievance – Your HR Guru will support you through effectively managing a grievance which has been brought against your business.

    Recruitment – Your HR Guru is able to provide support on each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring you get the very best people for your business

    Dismissal – Your HR Guru will ensure that your dismissal process is handled in a sensitive and cost effective manner, that complies with current legislation

    Sickness and Absence – Your HR Guru is able to provide you with recommendations and help you to implement techniques in order to reduce absenteeism

    Flexible Working – Your HR Guru can provide guidance and ideas around flexible working arrangements that will suit both your business and your employees.
